Validity of contract of sale, product and price information

  • The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
  • The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.
  • All prices are in euros (EUR) and VAT included. (Except for distributors and salon retailers)
  • The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.
  • Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

Placing an order

  • Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid online via VISA/MasterCard card payments or using Estonian banklinks (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut and N26), payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB.
  • The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
  • In the event that the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

Shipment

  • The goods will be sent to the following destinations. Estonia and Finland.
  • The purchaser can select a delivery method – either delivery to a parcel machine or by courier.
  • The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
  • We have the right to ship goods in up to 30 calendar days in exceptional cases.
  • Nordic Hair Group shall not be held responsible for a delay in delivery, if the goods were handed over to logistics partners on time, but the delivery was delayed due to circumstances that Nordic Hair Group could not foresee or control.
  • The shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method. Orders placed and paid for on workdays before 12.00, will be shipped to the Purchaser on the same day.

Shipment time

  • Estonia 1-2 working days (for Estonia except small islands)
  • Finland 2-5 working days (Finland except Åland)

Unclaimed package or pallet

Non-claim is not the same as a refund or cancellation. An unclaimed parcel or letter will be charged the cost of the return. The amount of the order minus the return charges will be refunded to the customer.

Right of cancellation

After the order has been received, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. Products in open packaging are not returnable. Products that cannot be checked for use (or non-use) are also non-returnable. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods ordered may not be used in any way other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods. In order to return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted, indicating the order number, the name of the customer and the product to be returned. The declaration should be sent to the e-mail address no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods is to be paid by the purchaser, unless the reason for returning the goods is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective item). The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will reimburse the purchaser immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the request for withdrawal, all payments received from the purchaser under the contract. The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the return of the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. If the purchaser has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method. The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods in the online shop is, due to a mistake, marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly with the order.

The contract for the sale and purchase of the Goods shall be deemed to be concluded upon the submission of the order by the Buyer and receipt of the order confirmation by the Seller. The order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

Dispute resolution

  • If the purchaser has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to info@newhairgoal.com or by telephone to +372 5519543.
  • If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here: https://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee/en/consumer/submission-complaints.
  • The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
  • A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
